These terms apply when you use peptidecool.com or place an order with us. By ordering, you accept them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price is listed in error — and if we do, we refund you in full.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and include no hidden fees from us. Depending on your card issuer, the charge may be processed in another currency and converted at your bank's rate. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider.

Delivery and returns

Delivery and return arrangements are set out on the shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Product use

PepCool is a consumer cooling appliance, not a medical device and not a certified pharmaceutical refrigerator. Nothing on this website is medical advice. You are responsible for following the storage instructions supplied with any medication you own and for consulting your pharmacist or prescriber where appropriate.

Liability

We stand behind the product we sell and will repair, replace or refund a faulty unit. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
