How to count a mixed load
Do not add the maximum vial count to the maximum pen count. Those figures describe different example configurations. Lay out the number and formats you expect at peak stock, consider packaging that must remain with the item, and choose the larger size if the Standard capacity would be marginal.

Choose XLUSB power: the limit to plan around
Both sizes share the same basic power limitation: active cooling works only while connected to a compatible external USB source. The unit can be carried between locations, but cooling does not continue independently after disconnection.
A compatible external power bank is not included. Active cooling stops when USB power is removed. Runtime depends on the external power bank and has not been published or verified.
